In addition to selling new units for the solidification of melts, engineering and service activities, we offer used and refurbished units when available. These units have been in operation at our clients and were bought back from us typically in exchange for a new KAISER unit. We usually refurbish the units, exchange all worn parts and test the products that will be produced on these units, giving the client a full performance and mechanical guarantee. All of our used units can be inspected at our workshop in Willich, Germany, near the Düsseldorf international airport.

We sell on behalf of one of our customer 2 multifunctional Kaiser double belt cooler, equipped with a fully enclosure and on top of that completely made of stainless steel. These plants are suitable for the continuous solidification of product films, such as all resins, bitumen, oleochemicals and also for products that tend to sublimate. The plants can be easily equipped with air dehumidification system.
