80 Years of KAISER: A Success Story

On September 24, 1945, the young – 22-year-old – Mr. Guenter Kaiser went to the local trade registration office to found the KAISER company, as he wanted to contribute to the rebuilding of Germany after World War II.

Six years later, he invented the first-ever pastillator for a molten product using a forced dropping principle and a steel belt for the German chemical giant BASF.

Since then, his spirit continues to inspire us and shapes our goals today.

No one could say it better than one of our first clients in the USA, the LUWA Corporation, in 1976:
"Your company shows me how important it is to care for good people and a fine product. The motivation of your employees to give their best, together as a team, leads to only one thing: leadership. Leadership in technology, leadership in solving problems, leadership in human relations. The industry recognizes you for this."

This is still what we stand for – especially in the USA, but also around the world!
